Invitation to Bid Town of Long Lake Properties Lawn Services
The Town of Long Lake, Florence County is accepting bids for the
lawn services work for properties owned by the Town of Long Lake. Work to include the follow services at the property sites of the 1) Public Beach and Boat Landing, 2) Cemetery, 3) Fire Department, 4) Town Hall, 5) Town Park (located on Main St.), and 6) Hwy 139 Garages/Trail Access area:
- Spring clean up of all lawn areas mentioned
- mowing of lawn area
- string trimming and edging around walkways, driveways, fences, and landscaped areas surrounding buildings, trees, and monuments
- clump grass waste raking and disposal if present
- cleanup of grass debris on walkways, curbs, and roadways
- cleanup of minor leaf and branch debris from storm damage (does not include significant tree cleanup/removal)
Bids must be received by Friday, April 18th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (Town Hall drop box or personal delivery to Town Clerk)
The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of the bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
